As soon as you log in, you are presented with all the important information regarding your business.
How many quotes you sent, how many invoices were raised, what payments were received and how many customers were added to the database.
Also presented are the figures from each quarter so it is easy to track your business performance at a glance.
And finally, you are show the last 5 quotes and invoices raised.
Simple. And that's how we would like to keep it.
When you want to check quotes sent out, just click on Quotes and all for the current financial year will be shown.
If you want to see previous financial year's quotes, just click on the arrow to scroll through different financial years.
From this window, you can view the entire quote and/or duplicate this quote to the same customer or a different one, you choose.
Simple. And that's how we would like to keep it.
Adding a quote for a customer is also as easy as the rest of the website.
When you are on customer page, just click Add Quote and you will be presented with a very simple two input box with a button.
Just add the description you want to put in your quote.
And add the amount (including Taxes - GST for Australia).
Click the button "Add Quote".
Simple. And that's how we would like to keep it.
